About The Collaborators:

Rick Paulson

Houston based artist Rick Paulson’s experience as a teen singing tenor in a Gospel quartet shaped his understanding of song structure and harmony. Pop, rock and country music influences formed the foundation for his melodic blend of contemporary indie rock. Lush songs with big choruses and harmonies reflect musical influence from the likes of The Beatles, Buck Owens and My Morning Jacket, as well as many other contemporary artists.

Paulson’s early years were dominated by a “Military Brat” upbringing including living in Germany, France and several locations along the New England coast of the U.S. forever shaping a wide and eclectic cultural and musical influence. Currently, He performs his original compositions along with covering popular rock songs in front of live audiences as a member of Houston’s 7’s Edge “real” rock n roll band at premier venues in Houston and the surrounding area.
